By using Card Binder Ideas, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally agree to them yourself, use the site only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Card Binder Ideas is a free hobby project. Features may change, and the site may occasionally be unavailable while it is being updated or repaired.

You can use the core binder tools without an account. Guest data is kept in your browser and may disappear if that browser clears its storage. An account lets Card Binder Ideas store and sync the content connected to it.

Keep your sign-in details secure and make sure the information on your public profile is accurate. The privacy policy explains what data the site stores and why.

You keep any ownership you already have in binders, writing, and artwork you publish. Card Binder Ideas does not claim ownership of community-submitted or other third-party artwork.

When you publish content, you give Card Binder Ideas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, resize, format, display, and make that content available through the site. This license is limited to operating Card Binder Ideas and providing the sharing, binder-building, download, and print features you choose to use.

The license lasts while the content is public or still needed for an existing public binder, moderation record, or required backup. Removing content from the site does not remove copies that other people already downloaded or printed.

Only submit artwork that you created, have permission to share, can use under a license, or know is in the public domain. Give the most accurate artist, source, and license details you have.

A source link or credit does not grant permission to reuse an artwork. People using or downloading art are responsible for checking the rights information attached to it and following any limits set by the artist, license, or other rights holder.

Card Binder Ideas is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon names, characters, images, card artwork, and related marks belong to their respective rights holders.

Open-source software, card data, source websites, and other third-party material remain subject to their own terms and licenses. See the third-party notices for the sources used by the project.

Do not use Card Binder Ideas to:

• submit or publish content you do not have the right to share;
• harass people, impersonate them, or expose private information;
• publish unlawful, harmful, or deliberately misleading content;
• introduce malware or interfere with the site's security;
• scrape, overload, or automate the service in a disruptive way.

Card Binder Ideas may correct credits, limit visibility, or remove content when it breaks these terms, creates a safety concern, or is the subject of a credible rights complaint. Public submissions may appear before a moderator has reviewed them.

If your work appears on the site without permission, send the page link and enough information to identify the work to support@cardbinderideas.com. You do not need an account to ask for a correction or removal.

Card Binder Ideas is provided as available. It does not promise that community content, credits, card data, prices, or source links are complete or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent allowed by law, Card Binder Ideas is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or disputes between users and third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

These terms may change as the project develops. The effective date at the top of this page will change when the terms do.
